Curacao has a tropical climate with warm temperatures and plenty of sunshine throughout the year. The average high temperatures range from the upper 80s to low 90s Fahrenheit (30-32 degrees Celsius), while lows generally stay in the mid to upper 70s Fahrenheit (24-26 degrees Celsius). The island experiences two seasons: a dry season from January to September and a wet season from October to December. During the wet season, there is more rainfall, occasional thunderstorms, and the possibility of hurricanes. However, Curacao is located outside of the hurricane belt and has not been hit by a hurricane in over 60 years. Visitors to the island should be aware of the weather patterns and monitor weather reports, especially during hurricane season. Overall, Curacao offers warm and sunny weather throughout the year, making it a popular destination for beach-goers, divers, and tourists looking to enjoy outdoor activities.
