Curacao has a tropical climate with warm temperatures and plenty of sunshine throughout the year. The average high temperatures range from the upper 80s to low 90s Fahrenheit (30-32 degrees Celsius), while lows generally stay in the mid to upper 70s Fahrenheit (24-26 degrees Celsius). The island experiences two seasons: a dry season from January to September and a wet season from October to December. However, Curacao is located outside of the hurricane belt and has not been hit by a hurricane in over 60 years.
